Article 1 (Business Dienst and application)

These Nutzungsbedingungen (these "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for "Revera" and its associated websites, administration screens, Kunde-facing screens, E-Mail und SMS communications, exportieren features, and Sonstiges related services (collectively, the "Dienst") provided by the Betreiber of Revera ("we," "us," or "our").

Article 2 (Dienst Inhalt and disclaimers)

The Dienst does not perform or guarantee Veröffentlichung von Bewertungen, ratings, Buchungen, visits, Empfehlungen, sales, or Sonstiges outcomes. Kundenantworten, posts, Buchungen, Empfehlungen, and Sonstiges actions are based on each Kunde's own voluntary judgment.

We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, accuracy, continuity, uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, permanent compatibility with external services, accuracy of KI output, success of sending, posting, delivery, or storage, or recoverability of Daten.

Article 3 (Accounts and Berechtigung Verwaltung)

Artikel 4 (Ihre Zusicherungen und Verantwortlichkeiten)

• Sending email or SMS without Kunde consent or another lawful basis
• Unauthorized Zugriff, vulnerability probing, excessive load, reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or Sonstiges acts that impair the Sicherheit of the Dienst
• Accessing Filialen, Agenturen, Kunden, or Daten outside your authorized scope
• Entering credentials, private keys, recovery links, payment Informationen, or Sonstiges secrets unnecessary for ordinary use of the Dienst

Article 6 (Kunde Daten and backups)

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary Rechte, notices, consents, and Sonstiges rechtlich bases for Filiale Informationen, Kunde Informationen, Antworten, text, images, Einstellungen, and Sonstiges Daten that you enter, transmit, or Filiale in the Dienst ("User Daten").

Article 8 (Gebühren, term, and payment)

Artikel 12 (Rechtsbehelfe bei Mängeln)

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where another remedy is mandated by Gesetz, the remedies in the preceding paragraph are your primary remedies for defects in the Dienst.

Article 13 (Limitation of Haftung)

Unless our breach of Vertrag or tort arises from willful misconduct or gross negligence by us, our Vertreter, or our personnel, our Haftung to you is limited to ordinary and direct Schäden, and the aggregate amount will not exceed the Gebühren we actually received for the Dienst that directly caused the loss during the three months immediately preceding the date the loss arose. In the preceding case, regardless of foreseeability, we are not liable for lost profits; loss of sales, profits, or opportunities; business interruption; reputational harm; Daten loss; costs of substitute services; special, indirect, consequential, or punitive Schäden; or Schäden arising from third-party claims.

Artikel 14 (Freistellung durch Sie)

Article 15 (Anspruch procedures and periods)

Article 17 (Vertraulichkeit)

If a Streitigkeit arises regarding the Dienst or the Vereinbarung, we and you will negotiate in good faith to resolve it before filing a lawsuit.

These Terms and Individual Agreements are governed by the laws of Japan. For disputes relating to the Dienst or the Vereinbarung, the district court with Gerichtsstand over the location of our principal place of business shall be the exclusive court of first instance by Vereinbarung.
