1. Basic policy
The operator of Revera (the "Company") recognizes the importance of personal information, complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and guidelines, and acquires, uses, stores, provides, and disposes of personal information appropriately.
2. Information we collect
- Name, company or store name, email address, phone number, and inquiry details collected through material requests, demo consultations, and contact forms
- Affiliation, role, credentials, and contract or billing information needed for account registration and contract management
- Store information, customer survey responses, contact details, information used for review drafting assistance, and usage of benefits, bookings, and referrals
- Email and SMS recipients, send timestamps, delivery results, and history of response resumes and usage confirmations
- IP addresses, device and browser information, access timestamps, operation logs, error logs, Cookies, and other identifiers
- Records of communications with us, support, sales discussions, and contracts
We do not request sensitive personal information, passwords, private keys, payment card data, or other information unnecessary for providing the Service.
3. Purposes of use
- Providing the Service, identity verification, authentication, permission management, and security
- Saving survey responses; assisting with review drafting; benefits, bookings, and referrals; resuming responses; and providing email and SMS delivery
- Managing stores, agencies, customers, contracts, billing, results, and usage
- Sending materials, demo invitations, adoption consultations, inquiry responses, and contractual communications
- Preventing misuse, investigating incidents, improving quality, developing features, and statistics and analytics
- Responding to Terms, contract, or legal violations and protecting rights
- Legal compliance, audits, and dispute handling
When changing purposes of use, we do so within a scope reasonably related to the prior purposes and publish or notify as needed.
4. Customer information obtained by stores and agencies
When a store or agency obtains customer information using the Service, that store or agency may become a business handling personal information. The store or agency is responsible for notifying or publishing purposes of use, obtaining required consent, responding to inquiries, and taking other legally required measures.
Under the contract, we handle such information to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
5. Third-party provision
Except in the following cases, we do not provide personal data to third parties without the individual's consent.
- Where required by law
- Where necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult
- Where especially necessary to improve public health or promote the healthy upbringing of children, and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult
- Where cooperation with legally prescribed affairs of national or local public bodies is required and obtaining consent may impede performance of those affairs
- When personal data is provided in connection with business succession
- When handling is entrusted within the scope necessary to achieve purposes of use
6. Entrustment and external services
We may entrust cloud, authentication, email and SMS delivery, incident monitoring, analytics, customer support, and other operations to external providers. In such cases, we implement necessary contracts, selection, supervision, and other security control measures.
Depending on where external services are provided or stored, information may be processed outside Japan. We will provide required notices and protective measures in accordance with applicable law.
7. Security control measures
We implement necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data, including access controls, authentication, separation of privileges, encryption of communications, log management, confidential-information management, vulnerability response, backups, and supervision of employees and contractors.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information for the period necessary to achieve purposes of use, perform contracts, comply with law, respond to disputes, and operate security and backups. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
9. Cookies and access analytics
We may use Cookies, local storage, and other technologies to maintain login status, save settings, provide security, understand usage, and improve the Service. Disabling Cookies in your browser settings may make parts of the Service unavailable.
10. Disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc.
Under applicable law, individuals may request notice of purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion, suspension of use or erasure, and suspension of third-party provision regarding personal data we hold.

11. Minors
If a minor provides personal information to the Service, obtain consent from a parent or other legal guardian as needed.

We may revise this Policy in response to changes in law, the Service, or our handling practices. Material changes will be communicated via the website, administration screens, email, or other reasonable methods.
